Dealer Application Located in a recently restored c. 1872 High Victorian Italianate styled commercial building in the heart of historic downtown Port Gibson, Mississippi, the new Port Gibson Antiques Market is expected to open Fall 2005. The Market will showcase antiques and collectibles, fine linens, art folk art, crafts, gift items and more. Local artists, craftsmen and homemade specialty food items will also be featured. The Market is within walking distance of many of Port Gibson's historic homes and churches and will be open seven days a week. It is expected to include a small cafe with an outdoor courtyard which will serve a light lunch and other refreshments daily. Twenty-two (22) booth spaces of approximately 100 square feet each are available on a first come-first served basis. Reservations are now being accepted. There will also be limited space for consignment items. Merchandise sales will be made by Market employees. Dealers are only expected to stock their spaces with properly tagged merchandise and to periodically visit the Market to maintain their space in good order. For further information regarding the Market, space rental, commissions or policy and procedures, contact Port Gibson Main Street Manager, Kenneth Ross.
